Envo Facilities was engaged to install specialist window film to the 3rd Floor East Side of NHS Regent Point. This area was experiencing issues with glare, solar heat gain, and privacy, impacting staff comfort and the usability of clinical and office spaces. The project focused on delivering a high-performance film solution with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.

Our Approach
Survey & Planning
Our team surveyed the 3rd Floor East Side elevation to assess glazing types, exposure levels, and access requirements. Installation sequencing was agreed with NHS Regent Point to ensure areas remained functional and safe throughout the works.
Window Film Installation
We supplied and installed professional-grade window film to all agreed panes on the 3rd Floor East Side. The selected film was designed to reduce glare and improve visual comfort for staff, cut solar heat gain to help stabilise room temperatures, maintain natural daylight levels to support wellbeing, and provide a clean, uniform appearance across the elevation. All works were carried out using suitable access equipment and safe working methods, with surfaces carefully prepared to ensure optimum adhesion and a smooth, professional finish.
